Spinach Salad
2 packages of baby spinach
1 cup toasted sliced almonds (bake 350 for 8 minutes to toast)
1 sliced red onion
4 oz. feta cheese finely crumbled
bacon chips to taste
Dressing:
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup canola oil
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup read wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic-minced
white and red pepper to taste
Combine spinach with onions and mix with dressing. Place on
plate and garnish with almonds, feta cheese and bacon chips. |
